Here is some information about our shipping and handling.

USA

Orders of one item within the US are sent USPS.

Mailing includes delivery confirmation and usually arrive in 3-5 days.

Two or more items are sent by Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 days.

Outside USA

All our products are sent by US Priority Mail and usually arrive in 6-14 days . If your package has not arrived in 21 days contact us at info@goingscalar.com and we will help you track your package.

Quantity discounts are available for orders of 5 or more items.

Any item that arrives damaged will be gladly replaced. If you are unhappy with a product you have received, please let us know and we will happily exchange it for a different item of the same or lesser value. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds.
